(More customer reviews)I had researched coutertop filters after my old one gave up the ghost (which I had purchased for 69.99).I finally settled on this company and had nothing but trouble from the git-go. The first unit they sent me didn't have all the parts and the diverter switch that connects to your faucet head did not have threads so it wouldn't screw in. They did put the second one together for me with about 2 feet more of tubing than I needed but it was together and it went well. Then just yesterday (mar 5 2010) the diverter valve gave out and now squirts water everywhere.I bought this unit in Nov 09.Then I went back to the website to look for replacement parts but they don't tell you if you had a 1/4" converter or 3/8" converter so detailed things you won't find on the website and I'm waiting to hear back from them.I have a feeling I'm out the $150 I spent and will probably start looking for a replacement system again.Meanwhile.....I buy bottled water.How frustrating.
