(More customer reviews)I bought a replacement filter, it was supposed to last 20,000 gallons, after 900 gallons in a 6 month period of time - it slowed and stopped working.I tried to get help from Crystal Quest and they said it is supposed to last that long, but.. if it doesn't there is nothing they can do about it.Nice to see the manufacturer stands behind their product.
